Hello,

    Well I feel like I have a bit to say this will probably be an all over the place blog post. =) Sometimes those are the best. We decided to take the family on a little vacation before school starts. We went to Schlitterbahn which is a huge waterpark near us. Josh and I wanted to do some thing fun for Zoei before she starts school this year. WE had so much fun the 2 days we were down there. I made a water ring sling to wear Weston while Zoei was playing in the water. The ring sling was such a great idea it helped me so much to carry him in the pool and play with Zoei. It was super cheap to make. I will post a few pictures of our fun we had.  We were excited in this picture.

I absolutely love this picture. These 2 are my world. They love each other so much already I can not wait to watch their relationship grow even more over the years. 

     He is just too cute. I can not get enough of him. They actually had a baby kiddie pool that he could actually play in and sit in that wasn't too deep for him.

Zoei did so well swimming with no I say NO FLOATIES =) She was so excited to go under water and take pictures. She is so pretty looks like a little mermaid under water. <3

Now that you seen some of our summer fun pictures. Let's talk about school. This year Zoei starts kindergarten. Luckily I will be the one teaching her. Yes I am teaching her. We are not in a great school district so we decided to homeschool her plus I am excited to watch her learn. We have gotten a few books to use. I still have to buy a few. Zoei is excited about school. She loves to learn she is 5 so it will be fun trying to get her to focus when we are trying to have serious time. I am excited myself we have reviewed a bit and she has done so well. She is so smart. Here are the few books we have right now for her school. We have some really cool crafts that I have in mind for throughout the year. =) 

    I think I will end this post right now. The kids are in bed so it is now mommy time and I think I am going to go read and go to bed as well. = ) Thank you for reading Have good night. 

crunchy love co review

    Weston wearing his Crunchy Love Co. diaper. I bought this one when my husband told me I could buy another diaper. I was surprised this WAHM still had a diaper in stock. When she stocks her site they are gone within seconds. 

    I am very happy with this diaper It is a hybrid fitted. It has a snap in insert. I love it. I did a 4 hour test it passed. He has even worn it longer than that and has woken up dry. I am very impressed with how the diaper is made. The fit is great has a fold down rise if I needed it. I plan on buying more from this WAHM. Great quality. 

life is good...

Hello there,

    I just had my drill this weekend. It was only 2 days this time not to bad. Well while I was there I found out we had not 1 but 4 AT's this year. If you do not know what AT is that is the 2 weeks in the summer that you are suppose to do. Well my unit has 4 schedules this year they are spread out through the year not to bad but geez. I signed up for the 1 weekend a month and 2 weeks a year in the summer. Hey I will get paid good money for those 4 AT's so I can not complain much.

    Okay enough with my whoa is me. Weston has a little toofer coming in on the bottom gum. This will be his first tooth he is almost 9 months old getting his first tooth. EEK I am excited and sad. I am sad cause he will not have a toothless smile anymore. I think those are the cutest ones. He will still be cute with his one little tooth. Zoei is turning 5 this month! I can not believe it. Where has the time gone? This will be her first actual party that we have been able to put together for her where there are friends and family. I am excited for her and she is excited to.

    Right now I am relaxing on the back porch watching and listening to Josh, our friend Jason, and Zoei play in the pool. I had to get out to feed and lay weston down. I decided not to get back in cause it would be too much to put my swim suit back on. I am fine listening to them and the music playing while having an orange juice and rum. Weston is sleeping he looks so peaceful through his monitor.

    I am so blessed with such amazing friends and awesome family. I couldn't have asked for anything better. My life is going pretty good right now.

Update.

    The garden we were hoping to start didn't work out. I think I shocked them and put them in the sun to early and they did not make it. Lesson learned we plan to start over. I still have seeds left over from when we planted those. I am dead set on trying again and really want it to work out for us. I would love to be able to harvest fresh organic fruits and veggies from our own garden instead of buying them from the grocery store. 

    It is that time I have to go to my 2 week drill. I am not ready for this. This will be the longest I have been away from Weston since he was born. This is going to be so hard on me and my wonderful husband who will be the one watching both children while I am gone. I am really missing being active duty. I NEVER thought I would say that but it is true. I am not liking the guard. I thought it would help us by switching to guard but I was wrong it doesn't help as much as I thought it would. 

    I could not be happier with my 2 beautiful children. I am so in love with them. Seeing them love each other so much just melts my heart. I was blessed with 2 amazing human beings that I can call mine. Well ours cause if it wasn't for my husband I wouldn't have them. It is so crazy how much of a bond Zoei and Weston have. I am very glad I waited until Zo was 4 years old to have Weston. She is so loving and helpful. She loves playing with her brother and singing to him. i could not have asked for better babies. 

    I can not believe that this little man is 7 months already I have no idea where time has gone.

 This little girl is almost 5 years old I can not believe it either. Time has flown with her. I miss her being a baby but i am doing my best to cherish every moment with her and Weston.

    This post is kind of all over the place. It was kind of a random post since I haven't been on much lately. I hope I can get better about this. 

Cleaning

Hello Darlings,

    Today we are just relaxing here at home and having a lazy Sunday. I think I am going to pick up the house a little since I have been slacking. I am tired but I need to clean the house. It s a little chilly here so I made some coffee this morning and Zo got some hot coco. I made her put a little sweater on cause it is a little chilly. I love this weather. I get to dress her in cute clothes. =) She is coloring and watching cartoons. My back is really hurting me this morning. =/

    I am on over clean mode. I am hoping that I can clean so much that I work this little man out and have a super clean house. The kitchen is the first room I started on. It is looking pretty good. I still need to sweep. I am watching the rest of the patriots game then I will be back at it. =) I also made pasta salad for lunch. I made myself a classic pasta salad. Josh loves ranch pasta salad so I made that for him. Zoei ate some corn dogs. =)

 

    I cleaned the kitchen and Josh helped me clean the living room! It is looking great in the house! I am excited I love a clean house. We made some brownies again. We are in the process of making fajitas for dinner. It smells delicious in the house. We are still watching football. My back is killing me. Zoei helped me vacuum the living room with her little toy vacuum. =) She even swept the kitchen for me I of course had to go behind her to re-sweep it.  We are going to watch the Walking Dead tonight.

    Zoei got her bath she smells like grapes! =) She is eating her brownie before she has to go brush her teeth and lay down! The Dogs are cuddled up on the love seat with me. We cleaned out Cupcake's cage she was excited. I gave her grapes for the first time she loved it. We are watching the Broncos vs. Colts game. I hope that me cleaning all day helps boost labor if not then I guess he will come when he does. =)
 

    This was Daisy playing with Cupcake when we cleaned her cage! =) I think I will soak in a hot tub tonight maybe even make a warm glass of tea. I am going to have me a brownie and then just relax since I have been cleaning all day. I hope I go into labor here soon. This will be it for tonight. I hope y'all had a great Sunday! Pajamas

Hello Darlings,

    I woke up fairly decent today. I made Zo her morning cereal. I ate then I got Zoei and myself dressed. I let Josh sleep in a little bit since he wasn't feeling well. Then I woke him up to get ready we had a doctors appointment today. The doctor checked me today I am finally dilating. She stripped my membrane so hopefully It will help bring labor on. WE then went and ate lunch with my mom. We went to McAlister's cause we all wanted some soup. It was so yummy. After lunch Josh took our car and went home to relax cause he felt like poop. So Zoei and I went with mom to walk around thinking that would help some what with my contractions. I have been having loads of contractions. I really am hoping that I go into labor I really want to meet my little man. While we were at the mall I had to pick up some things for a baby shower that I am suppose to go to tomorrow. I also picked up Zo some pamjams cause she is growing out of hers. We also got her christmas jams cause every year we get pamjams on christmas eve. That is the tradition that we have made for our little family! =) You can never have enough pamjams. So I had to hide Zoei's christmas eve ones. Zoei took her bath for the night and is in her new pamjams. They are really cute she picked out the unicorn ones. I am drinking me a hot cup of my raspberry leaf tea to try and help progress this labor. I am about to tuck Miss Zoei into bed then I think I might head to bed myself. I will read a little bit. There is this baby expo tomorrow and I am thinking about going. I also have a baby shower to go to tomorrow as well. I am hoping Josh will go with me but I don't think he will. =/ It is okay though at least I will be able to get out of the house to have some adult time with friends lol. My lips have been horribly chapped I don't know what to put on them to make them feel better. I have put coconut oil , hydrating lip oil, and some lip butter on there but they are still dry and hurt. =/ I hope everyone had a great Friday. Good night y'all!

Shower

Hello Darlings,

    I woke up early this morning. I slept pretty good last night. Josh came in after playing video games for a little bit last night and cuddled with me. I love when that happens. He cuddled with me then told me her loved me. Melted my heart all over again. It was storming really good last night. My mom and I went to one of my best friends baby shower. I of course took Zo to she had fun. She was telling everyone stories. It is nice to get out of the house and have grown up time. =)

    I actually won a game at the shower I never win anything. I won the game where you guess the size of mommy belly. I got a sugar cookie candle it smells yummy. =) When my friend was opening her gifts Zoei took all the tissue paper. She made a pile with the tissue paper then ran and slid into the pile it was so funny. No one was expecting her to do that at all.

    I think I am going to put it in Miss Zo's room. Well I came home and changed into comfy clothes. Zoei just cuddled with daddy. I think she missed him all day! <3 He didn't want to go and be the only man there so he stayed home. Zoei is watching a movie and sitting with daddy while he watched football. New England vs New Orleans. We are New England fans. We made four cheese ravioli with chicken and sun dried tomato sauce. It was delicious. We are now just relaxing and watching the games that are on. Josh is waiting for the walking dead premiere. It is going to be a great relaxing night. I am wore out from today.

    My eyes are so heavy. I am trying to stay up so I can watch walking dead with Josh. I want to cuddle and watch tv with him. I am going to put a load of laundry on. This has been a pretty good weekend besides the Sooners losing to the Longhorns. We have had a lot of family time which is always super great. Now we just need Weston here to complete our  little family. <3. Found this picture on my phone from zo on the way home from the shower.

     WE watched the walking dead premiere. It was really good. I am about to go lay down in bed I am tired. Zoei is already in bed. Josh is going to play some video games for a little bit then he is coming to bed. My nose is stuffy again this stinks. I hope y'all had a great Sunday. Good night Y'all! <3

Ninja

Hello darlings,

    Woke up and talked to my mom. Zoei and I are going to hang out with her today. We were on out way to my moms. Zoei was excited about wearing her watch. She said she was going to wear it all day and she did I am proud of her lol.

    We are eating lunch at Applebee's. I'm getting tomato basil soup and a BLT.  I'm so hungry. We are going shopping.  I'm hoping to get some more pants for zoei cause she is tall. Well I didn't find any clothes for Zoei so I am going to wait she has pants right now. Her grandma got her a ninja turtle and a book. I get to read her this book tonight before bed. She loves story time. Zoei is so excited about her ninja turtle. She is playing with him now and she has loads of bad guys she is beating them up.

    I am hurting we did a load of walking. =) It was so much fun I just hope that I have progressed from 2 cm to something else. I am tired I may lay down for a bit. We are making pizza for dinner since our pork chops were not thawed out plus we didnt feel like cooking. We have a baby apt tomorrow. It sucks though cause I have to see a different doctor cause mine went on emergency leave. =/ I painted my nails and Zoei's! I am loving this red color. =) I think my allergies are acting up. =/ I think I will end this post for this day.  I am going to go read Zo a bed story then she will be off to bed. =) I will follow behind her. Hello Darlings,


    Good morning! I slept in a little bit. I had a really bad contraction this morning then it went away. Josh got up with Zoei for me and let me lay in bed for a bit which was nice! I love him so much. I am truly lucky to have such an amazing husband. <3 I am not really sure what we have planned for today I know we have to pick up some milk but I have gift card I would like to try and use. Maybe even do some walking around to maybe make my contractions stronger. =) I made us salad for lunch. It is romaine hearts with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, ham, turkey, cheese, croutons, and I used italian dressing! =) YUMM I also had a glass of water to drink with it. I have been trying to drink tons more water while pregnant especially since I have to drink a lot while breastfeeding since It is good for you! =)

    Well I don't think we are going anywhere today =/ bummer. But that is okay I like lazy days I guess. Making some bourbon chicken with rice for dinner! Zoei has been playing with her Ipad and playing outside with the dogs! =) It is really nice outside. Here is the bourbon chicken that we made It was really good I am picky when it comes to asian style food. I am letting my food digest for a little bit then going for a nice walk! =) Hopefully that will increase my contractions. Plus I can get some fresh air and I know Zo will love it.

    Zoei and I went on a little walk together she rode her scooter half the way then I had to carry it!! lol It was nice though. She had fun talking about the houses for sale in the neighborhood. Then we came across a fat frog! =) It was so beautiful outside. On our way home we seen a baby gecko. Zoei is taking her bath then she will be off to bed! =) I am going to have a cup of hot chocolate I think. Allergies are already starting in our household.

    I guess that is it for the night watching criminal minds then CSI then I will be off to bed. =) I am tired and feel like reading a little bit more of my book.  Going to make my hot chocolate now! So I hope y'all had a great Wed. Goodnight Y'all. <3

uncomfortable

Hello Darlings,

    Good morning. I am tired yet again I was unable to get comfortable! =/ I woke up and my lips were super dry. I wish I could wake up with energy just like Zoei! She has so much when she wakes up.  I am going to catch up on bones since we did not get to watch it last night since we were at the football game. After the Weston is here Josh and I plan on working out together and getting healthy. =) He should be here soon. I don't think we are going to do much today. It will be a relaxing day! I plan on trying to relax a little today since we were pretty busy yesterday.

    Helped Zoei semi pick up her room. She has been playing with her Lincoln logs all morning! She is watching hoodwinked and playing in her room! She is simply amazing. I am blessed with this beautiful girl! Then she told me that I was the best mom ever! She really knows how to make me feel good! =) 

    I was able to put a load of laundry on. I need to put Weston's clothes in his room. I have to figure out how and where I want to store his diapers. Right now they are in a laundry basket. I still have to do the dishes and pick up the living room. I think I will do the dishes when we start dinner. =) We are making chicken fried steak, Mac and cheese, and green beans.

 
    We just finished dinner it was delicious! We are about to play with Zoei's Lincoln logs in the living room with her as a family while watching shows that we have recorded! I love when we have family time! I go the dishes done. =) After we are done with family time and then take a relaxing bath.  I am tired I am making my cup of tea then laying down to read.  This was pictures of our family time. Josh made the house with a garage! Zoei had loads of fun. 

    After we were done with our family time Zo took her bath got her new pamjams on and is in bed now. Josh is playing the video game before he goes to bed! =) I am going to read and drink my tea! Tomorrow I will be 39 weeks pregnant with baby Weston. Well that is all we have done today. I hope y'all had a great Tuesday! Good night y'all. <3

Hello Darlings,


    Today I had a late start. I woke up super late. I could not sleep last night what so ever. I am in that horribly uncomfortable pregnancy stage where you can not get comfortable no matter what position you try to get comfortable. Since i didnt take Zoei to the park yesterday like I hoped to I think that is what I am going to do today! <3 I feel bad that I didnt get to. Today is SUnday football in our house. So we will be watching some football. Josh is a Patriots fan so that is who we will be rooting for. =) I am still tired. =( Tomorrow I have to go my local college to try and start going back to school. =) Hopefully that will be easy.


     Zoei has such a wonderful imagination. She is drawing up a plan to help Izzy(one of our dogs) She is locked behind a baby gate (boobytrap as Zo is calling it). I love that she has such a great imagination. =) I try and play along cause I want her to keep I dont want her to lose out on her childhood. <3 I will try to post a clip of her explaining it cause it is the CUTEST thing EVER. Well it wouldn't let me post the video =/ So I will just post a few pictures. These are from when we got Zoei her Lincoln logs. This is Daisy(the dog)

    We are at my mom's house watching the patriots game cause we don't have it in HD at our house.
Plus mom wanted Josh to make chicken and dumplings for dinner! =) YUMM Zoei loves coming to grandma's house. =) I went with my mom to pick up some things for the dumplings while we were out I was able to pick up a pair of maternity pants. I wanted to get a pair since it is getting chilly and I can not fit any of my pants right now and wont be able to for a little while after Weston is here. While I was out with mom Zoei rode on the riding lawn mower with her uncle Noah (my brother).

     Mom got herself a new mixer so she is using it to make a yummy apple crisp/crumble thing It is going to be so yummy. I love being able to spend time with family like this! =) I am so ready for Weston to be here. I am so uncomfortable. =(  I am going to end this post for tonight! =) It has been a great weekend. I am going to read some more of my book and hopefully I can actually sleep tonight! =)  I am going to make a hot cup of tea or something and sit on the porch since it is nice out side! I hope y'alls weekend was great! <3

Proud Mommy

Hello darlings,

    It is super early for me. I woke up at 7:50 this morning and could not go back to sleep. I got up started cleaning the house a little bit. I made me some coffee. I let Josh sleep. Zoei just got up at 8:59. She asked me to make her some pancakes and eggs. That is just what I am doing with the help of her of course. She loves to help me. I am unsure what we have planned today but I would love to take Zoei to the park and do some arts and crafts with her. =) It is a little gloomy outside today. It isn't raining but it feels nice.

    We haven't made it to the park today. We did get to do some crafts with Zoei. She did her name in cereal. =) Then she was coloring/drawing pictures. I told her to write her name on a picture for me and she wrote it.  It is not perfect but she was super close. =) I am so proud of her. I would like to buy her some paint or something.

    We made goulash for dinner it was super yummy. I finished my book I was reading. It was the 1st to die in the Women's murder club by James Patterson. I am trying to figure out what book I would like to read next. I downloaded a few samples to see which one I want to read.  It is super nice here It is getting chilly. =) I am enjoying a hot cup of tea. I will be taking a bath here soon cause my back is killing me. Then I will read a little bit then go to bed. Hopefully we can go to the park tomorrow if it is nice or something. Getting close.

Hello darlings,

         Well I am 38 weeks and 2 day Pregnant with baby Weston. We had a midwife appointment yesterday. We were told that we are at 2 cm dilated but that really doesn't mean anything. I have realized that the numbers they tell you don't mean anything and they just make you MORE anxious. I am super anxious for him to make his arrival. We are ready for him to make his appearance. Well My midwife told me that I can drink raspberry tea to try and naturally help the labor process a long with a list of other things. Well I invested in some raspberry tea to try and help. He is suppose to be due the 16th of October. So I do not have much longer. I have to do everything naturally or else I can not get the water birth that we have been planning on getting. That means I can not be induced, no pain medications, and not complications. I have had mild contractions since sunday but nothing intense. We are just taking it day by day. Weston got the hiccups for the first time on Sunday I was able to see and feel the little hiccups it was the cutest. The midwife said that I am measuring great and Weston is head down and in my pelvic area ready to make his appearance.  Here is a belly picture for this week. Do not mind my looks I was getting ready for bed and those clothes are comfy when you can not fit anything else. =) 

         Enough about baby Weston how about a little on Zoei. Before our appointment on Thursday Zoei asked me if the appointment was for her baby brother. It was so cute! She is extremely excited about Weston. She calls him baby brother. After our appointment we went to our local cloth diaper store they have these awesome earth friendly recycled toys there. Zoei has been wanting these magnetic blocks that they have there. They are called Tengu I believe. Well we were hoping to buy her some but when my husband (Josh) seen the price he said no. They were $60 bucks for a set of 22 blocks. We felt bad because she has been wanting some for a while. Instead of buying those we told her we would take her to look at Toys R Us to see if we can find her some blocks and they may not be the same. She was okay with this deal. We found her some lincoln logs that she wanted a way better price and she got more than 22 pieces. She was excited. We also found her Halloween costume there she is going to be Robin the super hero sidekick to batman. It is super cute. Zoei has been working on learning how to write her name. She has gotten the Z and O down now we have to get the in between down. I am so proud of her. She is simply amazing. She loves helping me with house hold chores. For a 4 year old she is very well behaved and helpful.  

           We had maternity pictures done a little while ago as well I will post a few of those pictures later. 

Water birth...

      I have not been on here at all in a long time!! I  want to start writing more loads more!! I am pregnant  with our second child I am 22 weeks we are having a little boy we are naming him Weston Garrett. Our 3 almost 4 year old is super excited about having a baby brother every where we go she tells everyone she is going to be a big sister and points to my belly and says my baby brother is in there! =) That makes me so happy that she will be at the perfect age to have another child she understands is able to fully help in her eyes.

     We are planning on trying to have a water birth. I was induced with Zoei so I just had her in a natural bed birth. With Weston I want to try and have him naturally and hopefully not have to be induced! I love the benefits of a water birth. It is suppose to relax you while you are in labor. You will be able to have skin to skin right after the baby is born they will not take him right away. It is less stressful on the baby. I love that Zoei will be able to be there with us and experience everything. That was my biggest request I want her as envolved as possible so she doesn't feel like he is going to take her place! 

I am still new to this I am sorry that my post or my blog isn't to fancy. I hope to keep writing about things. <3
